Join us for a free bulb design workshop at East Branch Organics on Sept. 27, 10:30-12 p.m. Erin Doolittle, former gardener at New England Botanic Garden, will teach you all about designing with bulbs - tulips, daffodils, muscari, hyacinth and many others. We’ll talk about making good choices for your location; combining colors and flower types, prolonging the season, layering, and blending bulbs with perennials. Get inspired and get planting! Learn the basics of creating a rock garden with Erin Doolittle. Rock gardens demand different design considerations, with special conditions and a different aesthetic. Erin will fill you in on what makes them unique and fun, a little history and a discussion of the different kinds of rock gardens. And, best of all, she’ll tell you how to create your own. Erin created a crevice garden, which is a variety of rock garden, at Tower Hill Botanic Garden after visiting rock gardens around the Northeast and in Colorado.

Wednesday morning July 30 a local group of "en plein air" artists will be gathering here at East Branch Organics between 9am and 10am and YOU are invited! Bring your paints and paper and find inspiration amongst our beautiful flowers!

Cousins is back! What is your favorite Cousins Lobster Roll—the Maine or the Connecticut? Or do you prefer Lobster Tacos or Lobster Quesadillas? We will be serving wine and beer by the glass to enjoy with your delicious Cousins meal!

Somehow French wine seems like the appropriate pairing with an art show! We will be pouring a lovely selection of French wines: whites, a sparkling and a still rosé, and some reds as well. We are so excited to host our first THC Seltzer Tasting! Upstate Elevator, located in Vermont, will be here to share and discuss their delicious and relaxing seltzers. Upstate Elevator partners with farmers who have achieved USDA Organic Certification and cultivate using sustainable and regenerative methods. We are super excited to welcome Leah Rinaldi from Jenny & Francois Selections to host a wine tasting on Thursday May 22! Jenny & Francois was founded in 2000 as an importer of natural wines, and Leah is an incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher about natural wines. She will pouring wines that we currently have in stock and will be eager to answer any of your questions about natural wines. We hope you can make it to this special tasting!

Raj Peter Bhakta is the founder of BHAKTA Spirits and WhistlePig Whiskey. After selling his stake in WhistlePig in 2019, Bhakta embarked on a sabbatical in search of new discoveries in the world of spirits. A twist of fate brought him to Condom, France, where he unearthed—and acquired—a miraculous cellar of ancient Armagnac dating back to 1868.

We will be tasting and making cocktails with “1928”! Named “1928” for the oldest vintage of Armagnac in the blend, it also contains 1941, 1962 and 1973, fusing ancient French Armagnacs and Calvados to perfect this Rye whiskey bottled in Vermont.
